ATLANTA โ The Coca-Cola Co. has appointed Thomas S. Gayner as a director to the companyโs board of directors. The company also has elected Henrique Braun as its corporate senior vice president.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Co., Mr. Gayner was chief executive officer of Markel Group, a holding company with operations in insurance, services, and industrial operations, from 2016 through 2022. Mr. Gayner received a bachelorโs degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.

Photo: The Coca-Cola Co.Mr. Braun has been the companyโs president of international development since the beginning of 2023 and joined Coca-Cola in 1996. In his role, Mr. Braun oversees the companyโs operating units for Latin America, Japan and South Korea; ASEAN and South Pacific; Greater China and Mongolia; Africa; India and Southwest Asia; and Eurasia and Middle East.
Mr. Braun received his degree in agricultural engineering from the University Federal of Rio de Janeiro, a masterโs of science degree from Michigan State University and a masterโs degree in business administration from Georgia State University.
