SANTA CRUZ, CALIF. — Boxed macaroni brand Goodles is expanding with an elote-flavored mac-and-cheese.
The ‘Hey Hey Elote’ flavor features flavors of corn, roasted chile and cotija cheese, and is inspired by the popular Mexican street food. It has 15 grams of protein per 1 cup, according to the company.
The flavor joins recent introductions to the Goodles line like boxed pasta noodles and truffle-flavored macaroni shells.
