FORT WAYNE, IND. โ Artemis International has expanded its CherryCraft line.
CherryCraft is a line of tart cherry extracts formulated to offer a range of standardized polyphenol levels for manufacturers of dietary supplements and for food and beverage formulators, the company said.
The line may deliver not only simple juice or pomace powders, but a range of extracts with polyphenol levels from 1% to 14%, according to the company.
CherryCraft is derived from cherries cultivated in orchards and are then selected for taste, color, and high polyphenol content. It is produced using an advanced yet gentle membrane extraction process which may ensure consistency and potency, according to the company.
